Ok so we are in the middle of body care month and I have to share this amazing, let's say cheat clay mask for the body. Just like a Moroccan style hammam you get abroad in countries like Morocco & Turkey. Why not treat yourself to one at home in your own space. Homemade body scrubs are great but this is a way to detox your whole body skin.

So here's the secret - you ready...

You will be amazed at how it makes you feel. Its so affordable you can use one whole pot all over your hands, body and legs. Leave it on for 20 minutes and wash it off with warm water.

Now how can you do this if we don't have a steam room etc like the Turkish bath place? Well here's how I recommend you do this. 

Warm water bath. Sit in for 15-20 mins so your whole body is soaked in water and pores open to allow the clay mask to work. After you finish your soak, open the plug and let the water run thought. That's a good time to use a little shower gel or body wash all over your body and using soft sponge rub it around and rinse away with the water that's draining away. once the bath is empty, apply the clay mask all over your hands, neck, body and legs. You can use a little water to help spread the clay over the body. Now sit in your bathtub for 10- 15 minutes. The clay will dry up and go tight on to the skin. Once its all dry and you're ready to rinse. Wash off with your shower with warm water and scrub your body using an exfoliating glove or a kessa. This will help to remove all dead skin and give your skin life. Do this gently, no need for harsh rubbing. Literally, this is it, just wash off the whole body with the last shower and your skin will feel amazing. make sure you dab dry and moisturise your whole body.
